Introduction
Da Hong Pao is the king of Wuyi rock teas, produced in Wuyi Mountain, Fujian. The leaves are tightly twisted with fresh greenish-brown color. When brewed, the liquor is bright orange-yellow with leaves showing red and green patterns.
