Junshan Silver Needle is one of China's Ten Famous Teas, produced on Junshan Island in Dongting Lake, Yueyang, Hunan. The tea buds are sturdy and covered with silver down. When brewed, the buds rise and fall three times, creating a beautiful spectacle.
